We're getting married!

Once upon a time, in the bustling town of Kansas City, MO, there existed a charming downtown apartment complex. Among the many residents, two souls were destined to cross paths and embark on a journey that would shape the rest of their lives. In this vibrant community, Jack and Lexi first made eye contact in the small apartment gym. The hum of treadmills and clinking weights echoed within its walls, creating a lively atmosphere that destiny had woven. During this time, Jack was studying for medical school, and Lexi was preparing to apply to nurse anesthesia school. In the next few months, as fate would have it, they had somehow found the same studying spot in the lobby of their apartment. Day after day, as daunting as school was, both would wake up eager to return to the lobby to see if their better half was there. Curiosity got the best of both of them, and soon enough, they were striking up conversations, laughing, and playing shuffleboard for study breaks. As days turned into weeks and weeks into months, Jack found himself up at 4:30 several mornings just to make Lexi coffee from the apartment complex coffee maker and deliver it to her door by the time she left for work. One of these coffee runs was a little extra special as, on June 1st, 2021, Jack asked Lexi to officially be his girlfriend with a post-it note on the coffee cup. Who knew that three short years later, on June 1st, 2024, the random girl at the gym and the random guy in the lobby would become the person they spend the rest of their lives with?
