Please RSVP by July 27th. This gives us ample time to make important ceremony and reception decisions that are based on head count. If you feel at all uncomfortable traveling or being around about 150 people at this time, we totally understand and would not want to put anyone in a position where they are uncomfortable. If that is the case, please let us know and celebrate from home by praying for us, sending your best thoughts, and having a joyfilled day.
Currently in Nashville there is no mask mandate enforced by local government. I’m light of recent case numbers, we want to encourage all guests to wear a mask during the ceremony and while on the dance floor. We will have some masks available. We feel confident that ~90% of our guests are vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, we urge you out of love and for your own safety to please get vaccinated, as it has been proven that the vaccines are our strongest defense against this virus. The Bell Tower is also a very large venue that allows for physically distancing and lots of air flow.
While we highly value being in your children's lives, we have carefully curated our invite list and ask that only the names on the invite come to the wedding.
The Bell Tower is right in the heart of downtown Nashville, so with that, comes a lack of free parking space. Around our venue is a large amount of paid parking space if you would like to drive to the ceremony/reception. However, we highly suggest walking or grabbing a Lyft/Uber.
