Please call the hotel directly to make your reservation under the "Caswell/Reinhardt Wedding" block to receive the group discount on rooms. (320)762-1124 The rate for rooms in the main lodge is $229 plus tax per night. In addition to rooms in the main lodge, there are cottages and townhomes available ranging from 2-6 bedrooms. Arrowwood is 4 miles away from our venue, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue.

(320)763-3360 In order to receive the discount, you must make reservations prior to July 13th, 2026. The rate for all rooms is $175 plus tax per night. The Hampton is 8 miles away from our venue.
