If you are flying from out of town, look to fly into Indianapolis (IND). The venue is approximately 45 minutes West of Indianapolis

This hotel is a decent place, higher cost than the Best Western and a bit further from the venue (18.5 miles, and 32 minutes).

For those that want to stay near the "big city", There are a number of 4 start and 5 star Hotels available for $150-$300/night downtown. 3 Star hotels near the Airport are also available. We do not recommend staying this far out though as you are looking at 60-90 minutes travel to the venue.
Shuttle

A free shuttle from the Best Western to the Castle will be available from 3:30-4:45pm. Return Shuttles from the Castle to the Best Western will run from 10pm to 11pm. Each run an accommodate a maximum of 10 passengers. If you are interested contact Jack Directly ahead of time to arrange a seat. Though the Castle to the Hotel is less than 20 minutes away, we please ask that you do not drink and drive.
