Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please join our families as early as 3:00pm to enjoy a welcome beverage and to find a seat for our ceremony under the old Cork Oak tree! The ceremony will start at 3:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see guests in garden party formal attire! To us, this means embracing colors, prints, and lighter fabrics for summer. Suits are recommended for men (ties optional), and midi or maxi dresses are welcome. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors, with dancing in the barn. Expect warm daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. The venue features grass and gravel throughout, so we recommend comfortable footwear.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Ru's Farm offers complimentary parking for all wedding guests. Ample parking is available in their spacious grass lot. Cars can also be left overnight onsite at Ru's, as the parking lot is private, secured and monitored. Your car has to be picked up the next day between 8am and 10am.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to the ceremony, so we recommend driving to the venue. (Heads up: Ubers and Lyfts can be tricky to find in Healdsburg!) Once the celebration wraps up, shuttles will be available to take guests from the venue to our after-party at John & Zeke’s, right off Healdsburg Square! Shuttles will loop between John & Zeke’s and nearby accommodations until 12:45 a.m., so you can dance the night away worry-free! (Friendly reminder: If you drive to the venue, cars must be picked up the next morning between 8:00–10:00 a.m.)

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate children at the venue due to restricted numbers.
