We have called the hotel and asked the for early check in so that our guests can make the shuttle time, and they said the earliest they could possibly start the check in process on Saturday would be around 2:15. Our suggestion is to get there at 2 and request an early check in so that you can drop off your things before the reception starts. The first round of shuttles leaves at 3PM sharp, so if you are on the first round of shuttles, please try to be in the front of the hotel by 2:50PM. Below are the shuttle assignments:
