Maid of Honor
We met in 10th grade while auditioning for the school play and are forever bonded over the unique experience that is acapella acrobatic theatre (if you’re curious, you’ll have to ask one of us what that means). She loves adventuring around the world and doing ceramics in her home studio.
Bridesmaid
We met before I had the cognitive ability to form memories and have gone on countless hiking trips with our families, including a 25 mile, 12 hour adventure in Utah in 2021 which we hardly survived. Masha has a goal to visit all 63 national parks in the US and has currently been to 39!! Wish her luck!
Bridesmaid
Our families are very close, so many of my childhood memories include Dasha. We loved filming little videos together while growing up but thank god we do not have a Youtube footprint to look back upon. Dasha is an incredibly talented artist with a passion for children's illustration.
Bridesmaid
We met in the 3rd grade and have been close friends ever since. We grew up singing in choir and acting in a number of theatre productions together. Naomi worked in Cambodia for a nonprofit for multiple years after college and now owns a graphic design company in San Francisco.
Bridesmaid
We met in 7th grade because I knew her cousin Naomi. In high school we developed a close bond while surviving 3 years of student government positions together. She is currently taking Korean lessons with a dream of moving to Korea for a period of time and working in the K-Pop industry.
Bridesmaid
It is crazy that I first met Sam as a high school student. After she graduated from UCSB, I had the pleasure of living with her for a year at Casa Wasa where we spent many nights watching trash TV, screaming at scary movies, and enjoying books poolside. She is a very skilled surfer, enjoys crocheting, and just finished her first year in law school!
Best Man
Jake and I met the day before Kindergarten and have been friends ever since. We had a streak from Kindergarten through 3rd grade of being in the same class together before the teachers finally got wise and decided to split us up. A mutual love for sports, video games, and beer has kept us close, in addition to living 10 minutes away from each other for the majority of our lives. Jake now spends most of his time working in a job that no one in our friend group understands, watching the Ducks lose, and playing Balatro on his phone.
Groomsman
James (more commonly known as Buddha) and I met in middle school and became friends over a mutual love for watching movies, making short films, and arguing over Star Wars. He studied film making at an art school in San Francisco where we lived together for a year with Anthony and Chelsea in a house infested with mice and ants. Together with Anthony, we formed our film group Fishfellas Productions (find us on YouTube), which was inspired by one of our earliest projects made in high school. James now works in operations for IMAX and is in charge of censoring out gay kisses from movies for China.
Groomsman
Noah and I met in middle school through soccer but became good friends during AP Government/Econ in high school, where we spent most of class antagonizing the girls that sat next to us. We played Varsity soccer together and have continued to play whenever we can. He and his girlfriend both graduated from USC Law and are currently working as lawyers. They also recently adopted a very cute puppy named Dave.
Groomsman
Nolan was introduced to our friend group through the lacrosse players and very much against my will. It took some time, but I eventually came around to him. We became good friends after spending countless nights gaming and taking impromptu trips to Jack in the Box for Munchie Meals. Marijuana may also have been involved. The Nol now lives in San Diego with his dog Violet.
Groomsman
Anthony and I met in Freshman English and quickly became friends. We bonded over a mutual sense of humor, which eventually led us to making Fishfellas Productions with James. We then became Freshman and Sophomore year roommates in college at USF, living together with both James and Chelsea during the latter at our apartment 14 Blake Street, commonly referred to as Wake n' Blake. Anthony now lives on a farm on The Big Island of Hawaii with a plethora of animals, his partner Amanda, and their newborn son Stellan.
Groomsman
My first interaction with Nikita included picking him up from Los Angeles to drive him back to Orange County, where he unfortunately spent much of the car ride vomiting out my car window due to eating a ghost pepper earlier that day. Since then, we've bonded over a mutual love for board games and agreeing that Alisa has a few loose screws. He's recently married, has a 1 year old puppy named Poppi, and works at Meta as a Software Engineer in charge of creating AI-generated misinformation.
Officiant
Chelsea was Alisa’s freshman college roommate and Jack’s sophomore year housemate. She started a rock climbing club at USF and is an avid skier at Lake Tahoe. She now lives in Reno with her fiancee and their puppy Orla. She is also, regrettably, a fan of the Vegas Golden Knights.
