Flight
Please note- all packages include your round trip shared transportation between the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (airport code: PVR) and Secrets/Dreams Puerto Vallarta for your safety and convenience for an extra fee. AM I ALLOWED TO BOOK MY OWN FLIGHT AND TRANSPORTATION? Absolutely! You can book your own flight- in fact, I typically recommend it because our wholesalers do not usually have access to airline specific promotional web fares (they change frequently!). Please note that I am always happy to help you research your airfare (finding the best wholesale prices and schedules). But then I will always recommend that you visit the airline’s web page directly to compare the wholesale air price to the current promotional web fares being offered. Transportation to and from Secrets/Dreams with a complimentary upgrade to shared nonstop service prices at $47 per person. We would just add that $94 to the guests invoice so that we include those transfers for them, and we would collect the flight information to provide to Amstar. It is safe to say that the transfer cost will fluctuate slightly around $47 per person based on that daily exchange rate. If a guest decides that they don't want to add transfers, that is totally up to them. They would then need to plan to grab a taxi or Uber type service at the airport. Or with a heads up, Aimee's dad can pick up anyone up from the airport.
Travel Note
1. WHAT IF THE ROOM CATEGORY I WANT ISN'T LISTED ON AIMEE & JACK'S ATTEND PAGE FOR THE GROUP RATE? As long as the resort has the availability in the room category you want, we can easily swap out one of the rooms in the group block for the room category you prefer. The rate would still be a “group rate." 2. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS, PAYMENT PLANS, AND DEADLINES TO GET THE GROUP RATE FOR THE ROOM? The deposit is $100 per room, plus the optional Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan (travel insurance). We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Upon confirmation of your reservation deposit, you will receive an invoice. From that invoice, you can easily access your booking information to make payments in any amount you’d like to pay down your balance. Payment in full is required by May 28, 2025 for guests who do not purchase travel insurance. Guests with travel insurance will have an extension on their final payment date to August 4, 2025. Affirm Financing is also available to all guests on their invoice after the initial deposit is made- please see your invoice for how to apply. 3. HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT FOR THE ROOM? $100 per room based on double occupancy/single occupancy. Additional guests in the room are $50 per person. We do ask that you put your deposit down asap, so that we can have an idea if we need to add more rooms to our room block.

4. WHAT IF MY PLUS ONE BAILS, HOW WILL THAT WORK WITH THE CANCELLATION? Ideally, all guests with plus ones should splurge for the full cash refund insurance in case their plus one bails after final payment. We can always change that room over to a single occupancy (at the single occupancy room rate) but it makes it much easier if the lead passenger has the full cash refund insurance for the guest. 5. ARE THE BOOKED ROOMS NEAR EACH OTHER? Every effort is made to keep all guests near each other, but actual room placement is based on what the resort has available at check in (rooms that are checked out of, cleaned, and ready for new occupants). We make notes of ANY requirements or requests, but the final placement is always in the hands of the resort (and they do make every effort to try to honor all requests!). 6. HOW MANY PEOPLE PER ROOM AND HOW MANY CHILDREN PER ROOM FOR DREAMS? Most rooms at Dreams have an occupancy restriction of 4 guests adults & children (with a maximum of 3 adults). Child rates apply to children under age 12.
Travel Note
Don't forget your passport! Please double check and make sure your passport does not expire before 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel six months remaining of passport expiration date. Passports take up to 3 months to arrive so please be sure to update or apply for a passport ASAP! We added a link to help you with any passport questions!
