All rooms include all meals, drinks, entertainment and most activities. I say “most” activities because certain items like spa visits, tours & excursions, motorized watersports, gift shop purchases, etc. have additional fees. All rooms also include wifi, 24 hour room service, 24 hour concierge service, & daily room & mini bar freshening. These resorts also have two levels of rooms- the regular rooms & suites, and the Preferred Club rooms and suites. Rooms at the Preferred Club will be clearly marked on the Attend page. Preferred Club does offer additional upgrades to make the guests stay a bit more luxurious- personalized check in and check out; access to the Preferred Club Lounge; daily continental breakfast service in the PC lounge; afternoon hot and cold hors d'oeuvres in the PC lounge; premium liquor in the PC lounge; better room location on site; upgraded mini bar; upgraded bath amenities; personal concierge service; exclusive daily a la carte lunch menu at Castaways restaurant.

Steps to Confirm Your Room Reservation: 1) Go to www.destinationweddings.com 2) Click on the 3-line menu symbol by the magnifying glass, then click on GUEST SERVICES. Alternatively, at the very bottom of the web page, you will see "FIND A WEDDING" that you can click on to go to the Attend page. 3) Enter bride or grooms last name and the passcode for your wedding 4) You will then be directed to enter your email and create your own passcode to reenter the site - choose something that you will remember. Please note that DWT does not sell emails and you will only receive emails from us regarding this wedding. 5) You will land on the ATTEND PAGE for the wedding celebration. You can scroll down until on the right you can click on a picture labeled "Ready to Book - Get Started". 6) Read through the Attend page. You can also choose your room category, travel dates, and the number of nights you would like to travel. Rates will not appear until you submit these details.

8) Start filling out the reservation form (be sure to use your legal name as it appears on your passport). Be sure to check the box for the Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Plan options that are available to you. 9) Fill out the legal names of all additional travelers in the same room and if they want the travel protection plan. Please note: we highly recommend the purchase of the travel protection plan to protect your travel investment! 11) Enter any comments in the additional information section. If there is something special you need (special menu requirements, handicap accessibility, rooms near another guest, etc.), you can enter it in this section as well. Please be advised that any requests are subject to the hotel's availability at the time of check in. 12) Submit your reservation request 13) You will then be redirected to our secure payment page for your deposit. A reservation request will not be processed without the deposit.
