On Site Bell Tents

Answer

If you need a place to snooze after the festivities, you can book an on-site bell tent for the Saturday night. For more information, check out the 'Getting Here' page.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Surprise us! Dust off your favorite silly outfit and hat, or go for the whole semi-formal, dressy-casual vibe. The world is your oyster, if the oyster was your wardrobe. We’re hoping for a summer garden party….let’s see what the Great British Weather has in store for us all!

Can we bring children or pets?

Answer

This wedding is certified child and pet free by the Jacek & Abbi wedding planning association. Leaving them at home unsupervised is a good learning opportunity to further their growth and development :) (This is not legal advice)

When should I RSVP?

Answer

The sooner the better, by the end of March please! We’d love to have you at our wedding, and can’t wait to hear if you’ll be able to join us :)

What food will be provided?

Answer

We're still finalising the details, but here's our current plan: 14:30 - lunch - think quiches, sandwiches and salads. 19:00 - dinner - something hot to recharge us for the night ahead! For guests staying on-site, we’ll provide breakfast on Sunday. Granola, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, juice… you get the picture! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know asap on your RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate! We will be providing a number of vegetarian/vegan options as standard.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Yes, there’s plenty of parking on-site! A big grass field awaits you and your horse, chariot or vehicle of choice.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony and other activities will be outside, while the all-important food will be served inside. It’s rather rural so we recommend wrapping up warm for the evening.

Will drinks be provided?

Answer

We’ll keep everyone hydrated with a few alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, but if you have a favorite tipple, please bring it along! Sharing is caring and all :)

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Physical gifts are a little challenging when you live on the other side of the world. If you would like to honour us with a gift, we would be so appreciative of your help towards our flights or honeymoon instead. You can find info about these on the ‘Registry’ page :)

What about wedding photos?

Answer

We’ve hired a wonderful photographer and videographer to help us capture our wedding. They’re lovely and you’ll get to know them throughout the day! To allow them to do what they do best, we’ll ask for the ceremony itself to be phone-free. We’re eager to see the wedding through our guests’ eyes, however, so for the rest of the day please take photos and videos to your heart’s content and share them with us! We’d be so grateful :) There'll be photo printing stations and links to shared online albums on the day.

Games...? Games!

We've met or bonded with a majority of you through some connection to a game thing. So, naturally, many games will be provided at our wedding. Below is a small preview: Video Variety: - Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Jackbox Party Packs, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Speedrunners, Windjammers, Vampire Survivors, etc Board Variety: - SCOUT, A Fake Artist Goes to New York, BANG! Out of order, Cartographers, UNO, etc. There'll also be treasure hunts, photo contests, garden games, and a variety of other interactive activities!
