Reception Lunch

2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Now that the official part is out of the way, let’s fill those hungry bellies. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Vegetarian and vegan options will be provided :)

Let’s get social

4:00 pm

You’ve seen the part you’ve all come to see, and had a tasty bite or two. Time for games, activities, dancing and socializing. Think giant jenga, jackbox and karaoke… hopefully not all at once. Events, tournaments, and games will be scheduled throughout this time!

Dinner

7:00 pm

After all the emotions, games, and drinks we'll all gather round for some food once again to recharge for the upcoming festivities. (We'll use your meal preferences from lunch, don't you worry!)

Dancing and singing

8:00 pm

Dancing is recommended, singing along is encouraged, having a good time is mandatory.

Goodnight!

10:00 pm

The music quietens, the dance floor empties and we all roll into bed. For those staying in a nearby hotel, we can help to arrange taxis to drop you off. For those staying on-site, you have a 30 second walk to your bed, congrats!
