Welcome Gathering

Thursday arrivals are preferred so you can join in on all the festivities. If you can't make it until Friday, we'll still enjoy every minute with you!
Guests can arrive at the property anytime after 2 pm. Take a moment to settle in, shower, stretch your legs in the oak woodland, or relax in the cedarwood hot tub after your journey to Whispertree. Then meet other friends and family while you enjoy a casual backyard meal prepared by our loved ones.

Friday Brunch
10:00 am - 11:00 am
We'll have coffee and small bites available sooner for early-risers, but we'll gather in the Barn for a wedding day brunch in the late morning. Grab-and-go sandwiches will also be available to fuel your Friday afternoon adventures and keep you full until the reception.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Ceremony will be held in an amphitheater which is a 10 min walk up a dirt road with uneven hillside path. Most seats are shaded by oaks or umbrellas but some may be in the sun. Flat shoes, sturdy block heels, or wedges highly recommended. Dress code is semiformal and we ask that all guests try to wear warm, summery colors. Think: stone fruits, melons, wild flowers, and fireworks. Joyful patterns and sparkles encouraged. No jeans, please avoid black.
Reception
5:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Summery semi-formal
Cocktail hour, dinner, and Pittsburgh-style "cookie table" will be served outside the barn, followed by dancing inside. Yes, dancing is required.

Saturday Brunch

Again, we'll have coffee and small bites available sooner for early-risers, but we'll gather in the Barn for a group brunch in the late morning. Grab-and-go sandwiches will also be available to fuel your Saturday afternoon adventures or your drive home.
Saturday Shenanigans
11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Prepare for a 4th of July celebration you'll never forget! We'll have lawn games, "Survivor"-style challenges, wine tasting, and more. Head into Boonville for a side quest or hike up to the swimming hole on site - it's a choose your own adventure afternoon.
Celebratory Cookout
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We'll come together Saturday evening for a casual backyard BBQ. Oh, and get your favorite songs ready, because we're ending the night with karaoke!
