We understand that plans can change! If you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the same location. The address is 3405 Headens Bridge Rd, Bedford, VA 24523.

Onsite parking will be available. We kindly encourage guests to carpool when possible.

The dress code is black tie optional. Formal attire is encouraged, but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving early, as the gates will close 10 minutes prior to the start time.

The reception will wrap up at 9:00 PM, when the bride and groom will be making their exit.
