April in Virginia is beautiful, with highs usually into the 70s, and lows in the 40s. Please note, spring flowers will be in bloom come April, so anyone with seasonal allergies or who is from out of town may want to account for pollen.

Indoors | Outdoors

Answer

Our hope is for most of the event to be outdoors, though there are rooms inside the house itself for food, and kibitzing. There will be a large tent outdoors if rain is called for.

Attire for the wedding is Garden Cocktail- dress as classily or whimsically as you would like! There will be grassy areas throughout the back patio and gardens that you can stroll around, if that informs anyone's footwear choices.

Parking

Answer

The venue is in a primarily residential neighborhood, so there is street parking for anyone bringing their own vehicle. We would recommend planning for a few extra minutes to park and walk to the venue, or if there is the option to carpool or get dropped off at the venue, that is fine too!
