Using your flight app and Safari (on your laptop, not on your phone), fill out the Dominican Republic eTicket for customs. Chrome, your iPhone, etc. will not work (they didn't work for me). You will then save it as a pdf and likely upload it to your flight app. You'll have to change the website language to English, and you will need your passport number on hand. How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Unfortunately, the resort does not provide a shuttle. Shared transfers booked at the link below are approximately $52 for two people, round trip. Private transfers booked at the link below are approximately $69 for two people, round trip. Our travel specialists recommend booking shuttles with NexusTours at https://luxe.nexustours.com/ We highly recommend that you pre-book transfers and do not take local taxis upon arrival.

Tips on what to wear for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Beach formal: Longer dress or jumpsuit, lightweight fabrics, avoid loud prints (if possible), and dressy sandals, wedges, or heels. Long or short sleeved dress shirt preferred (tie optional), lightweight fabrics, slacks & closed toe shoes, and blazer/jacket/sportcoat optional.

What's the attire for the welcome party on Friday?

Answer

Beach casual: tropical prints, short dresses, shorts, etc.. Really anything you want from any colors to patterns to long or short dresses!

How do we pay for the resort?

Answer

Kindly note that your final balance is due September 22, 2025 in the amount indicated on the deposit invoice. A reminder will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to this deadline and a new authorization will be required at that time. Please refer to your initial confirmation from Swati.

Flight recommendations?

Answer

Flights are ~$500 round trip. Feel free to fly out of whatever airport is most convenient for you. The destination airport is PUJ. We recommend using a travel portal (like Capital One if you have their credit card) to monitor flight prices! Flights are available to purchase now, but some people recommend waiting until closer to the wedding.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We don't expect gifts given it's a destination wedding. If you insist on a gift, feel free to text either of us for our registry. We don't recommend bringing anything to the resort so you can save room in your luggage!
