If you're a cool, fun person, you should consider attending this wedding. It's gonna be lit. If you're some sort of lame person, this wedding might not be for you.
Visit the Travel page for more information on specific hotels in Falmouth and Hyannis. We will provide a bus from Hyannis to the wedding venue, for those who'd rather not drive. However, all of Cape Cod is beautiful so you can't really go wrong. You could also stay in Falmouth the night of the wedding, but explore other areas if you're staying a few days. Provincetown and the Outer Cape are great in the off-season; Hyannis is poppin' year round. Taiki's family is from Sandwich and Izzi's family is Orleans...pick a side if you dare.
We have a few items in the Registry section, as well as a house fund and honeymoon fund. Our apartment is packed to the brim with tchotchkes, and we have pretty much everything we need for the moment, so we hope you'll refrain from getting us other physical objects. If you feel strongly about giving us a physical gift, we both prefer consumables, secondhand, or handmade/locally crafted sentimental gifts. Also, the wedding funds in Zola may include a credit card fee. If you'd like, you can venmo one of us instead -- @izzicaplan or @Manx-Magyar
We've received a lot of questions about "farm formal." Just wear whatever you'd normally wear to a wedding, just not super fancy since it is on a farm! Think picnicy, outdoor, and dressed up but not too sharp. The pinterest board below can help with inspiration, but it is extremely important to us that you don't purchase fast fashion clothes for this wedding. Please wear something you already have, or if you need to buy something, get something of good quality that you will wear for years to come. Pinterest board: https://pin.it/71yiwncPg Since we will be on an actual farm and walking on grass/dirt for part of the time, we recommend that you don't wear pointy/stiletto heels or a dress that touches the floor. Weather is unpredictable, so maybe have a backup plan for chilly weather (a sweater or shawl).
