6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Attire: cute & casual autumn wear (it's indoor/outdoor).
There may be some street parking available, but there is also a large lot right across the street next to Colombo's. It may be easier to access the lot from North Street. If you're staying at the Doubletree Hyannis and are physically able, we encourage you to walk in order to enjoy the night air and reduce carbon emissions. There will be a light buffet and drinks, but there are plenty of other restaurants and bars around if you want something else.
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Attire is farm formal...whatever that means to you! See the FAQs for more details & inspiration. The event is outdoor in a covered pavilion, so dress accordingly.
Food will be buffet style. Vegan options will be available. Please let us know if you have other dietary restrictions. You can drive, or we will have 2 school buses picking up from the Doubletree Hyannis. If you plan on taking the bus, please be at the Doubletree and prepared to board the bus by 2:30 PM. You can leave your car at the Doubletree.
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Frog costume preferred. (just kidding unless u want to)
Let's dance the rest of the night away. The bus will drop us off here, but can also stop at the Doubletree for those who are too sleepy. At the end of the night, it's just a 10 minute walk back to the Doubletree. If you're driving, there is street parking. Just don't imbibe & drive.
10:30 am - 3:00 pm
Drop by whenever you please on your way off Cape. Light food and drinks will be served. Please don't plan to attend for the whole time. There's not enough room for everyone to be there at the same time!!
