We are so thankful to have the chance to celebrate with all of you! Keep in mind, due to COVID, some things may get a little weird. We want to provide a comfortable experience for all, so we are encouraging guidelines to help keep all safe. Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. As a precaution, the reception hall's panoramic sliding doors will be wide open. (Even if it's chilly!) We ask that anybody not feeling well, please stay home. We respectfully ask you not to shake hands with guests outside of your household and refrain from hugging. Masks will be available and will be respectfully welcomed. Hand sanitizer will also be easily accessible.
Cocktail / Semi-Formal Attire - cocktail dresses, gowns, dressy jumpsuits, suits, jackets and slacks. (Want to go all out? Think moody victorian)
The ceremony and reception are both at Gardens in the Gorge. The ceremony is outdoors in a grassy garden and the reception is indoors with panoramic windows open. (It WILL get chilly!)
Plan for fall time in the mountains! Could be as high as 70 or as low as 40.
Yes! There is limited parking onsite with a shuttle to take guests up from the parking lot to the venue. The shuttle ride lasts about two minutes. and runs on a ten-minute cycle
Our ceremony begins at 5pm. We ask that you arrive between 45 mins - 10 mins prior. Keep in mind, all guests will be shuttled. The shuttle service will begin at 4:15pm.
The shuttle runs throughout the evening with a brief pause during the Wedding Ceremony.
We ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony as this hinders 'the-shot' that our photographer is trying to get. Once the ceremony has ended, feel free to snap away! P.S. Tag us #iztakesthejake
