Many of our family members and friends are immunocompromised, and we want to make our wedding as accessible to them as we are able to. Guests must be up-to-date with COVID-19 vaccinations. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you take a PCR test before the wedding and show proof of the negative test result. We will also provide masks for people to wear, but masking is not required. You can read more about the Lenox's COVID-19 mitigation policies here: https://www.lenoxhotel.com/hotel-services-during-covid-19/
We believe parents are the best judges of whether or not they would like to/are able to bring their child to the wedding, so we leave it to the family. Kids are welcome, and the Lenox does offer kids' meals!
RSVP as soon as you confirm your plans! If you will be staying at one of the hotels where we reserved a room block, please go ahead and use the booking link (on the Travel page of this site) to claim your room. But do not feel obligated to stay at these hotels if you find an alternative that works better for you. Please RSVP for the wedding itself by March 31 (April 7 if you live locally!). Rooms at one of the hotel blocks must be booked by March 29 to ensure the group rate.
Semi-formal. Suits, cocktail dresses, more fancy dresses, and so on.
Yes, please.
