5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Semi-formal.
All events will be held in the Dome Room at the Lenox Hotel. Most of our guests are traveling from out of state. In order to ensure that our friends and family who are immunocompromised can enjoy their time at the wedding without concern, we kindly ask that all guests be vaccinated against COVID-19. For those who are not vaccinated, we will ask you to provide proof of a negative PCR test (not a rapid test) taken the week prior to the wedding. We appreciate your understanding. We will have masks available if you would like to wear one. Children will be welcome at the wedding. However, we realize you may want to make alternate arrangements for your youngsters, and reclaim your independence (and your dance moves) for a day or two. It's up to you - we don't know your kids as well as you do!
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Semi-formal.
A round of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will immediately follow the ceremony. Then we'll have a lovely sit-down dinner, time for toasts, and get ready to dance! Dinner Options: **Roasted chicken with whipped truffle potatoes, wild mushrooms, lemon demi-glace **Braised beef short rib with parmesan polenta, baby vegetables, braising jus **Wild mushroom ravioli in cream sauce with toasted pistachio and pecorino Romano (NOTE: during the tasting, everyone at the table was blown away by this particular option. Not just for vegetarians!) Please let us know about dietary restrictions so we can inform the Lenox. They are very flexible about this! Song requests are welcome, the bride and groom are not looking to hog the tracklist. Requests will also be accepted by calling 867-5309 or 777-9311. *Sly wink*
