Will you be providing transportation to The Estate at River Run?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle buses from both of the hotels (the Quirk Hotel and the Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch) to the wedding venue, as well as back home from the wedding to both hotels at the end of the night. We strongly recommend that you utilize these buses.

Is there parking at The Estate at River Run?

Answer

Yes, but we would recommend you take the shuttles we are providing, as parking is limited. Additionally, we will be providing an open bar -- so if you plan to drive, please plan accordingly with a designated driver (we will have some great non-alcoholic options at the bar as well!).

Can I take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to/from The Estate at River Run?

Answer

Our venue is outside of the coverage area for these services. Please plan on taking our provided shuttles, or having a designated driver.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Our wedding is child-free, with the exception of a few children whose names are explicitly stated on your invitation. If their name is not on your invitation, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate their attendance.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
