The dress code for our welcome event is dressy-casual. Blazer, tie optional. Dresses, jumpsuits, blouse and a skirt or pants.
Buffet dinner will be served from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. We recommend taking a rideshare to the Welcome Party as parking can be difficult to find near Common House.

Shuttles to Wedding Venue Depart from the Quirk Hotel
3:00 pm
Shuttles will leave promptly from the Quirk at 3pm. Those who do not make it on the bus by 3pm will be left behind. It is approximately a 45-minute ride to the venue from Quirk, so please be aware of that travel time in advance.
Shuttles to Wedding Venue Depart from the Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch
3:15 pm
Shuttles will depart promptly from the front of the Residence Inn Short Pump at the Notch at 3:15pm. Guest not on the bus will be left behind. The travel time to the venue is expected to be about 30 minutes

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Preferred. This means tuxedos and floor-length gowns are requested; dark suits with ties and formal jumpsuits or separates are welcome as well. We would love for you to use this wedding as an excuse to dress to the nines, in a way that makes you feel confident, beautiful, and ready to tear up the dance floor!
For guests who do not own a tuxedo, but wish to wear one, we welcome you to use the Groom's recommended rental service: The Black Tux. For guests who do not own a floor-length gown, but wish to wear one, we welcome you to use the Bride's recommended rental service: Rent The Runway.
Early Shuttle Back to Hotels
9:00 pm
We will have one early shuttle taking guests back to both hotels. The early shuttle back to the hotels will leave from in front of the wedding venue at 9pm and drop guests off at first the Residence inn (roughly 30 min ride) and then the Quirk Hotel (roughly 50 minute ride).
Shuttles Home
11:00 pm
The wedding ends at 11pm and shuttles will return guests to their hotels. Shuttles will be running directly to either the Residence Inn (30 min ride) or the Quirk Hotel (45 min ride). Staff will be available to help guide you to the correct shuttle.
