FAQs

If you have any more questions other than we've listed, please reach out directly to Ivonne or Luis.
Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to arrive by 3:45 PM so you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire - Spring Elegance. We invite you to dress in timeless formal wear with a touch of spring sophistication, soft colors, elegant fabrics, and refined silhouettes that celebrate the season. Please avoid white, dusty pink, and maroon colors.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to space limitations, we’re only able to include children of our immediate families in the celebration. We hope you can enjoy a relaxing evening with us!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have partnered with the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago–Alsip hotel, and rooms have been reserved for the night of our wedding. However, you’re welcome to explore other nearby accommodations in the area or downtown Chicago, depending on your preference.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

A shuttle service will be available between the hotel and the venue, so you can travel comfortably and focus on soaking in every joyful moment of our special day. Trips from the hotel to the venue will start at 3:00 pm.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers plenty of complimentary parking, so there will be ample space for all guests.

Question

I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?

Answer

Please reach out directly to Ivonne or Luis so we can accommodate your needs.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Question

What happens if it rains or snows?

Answer

Don’t worry! Our outdoor ceremony area has a tent to keep everyone covered, rain or shine (or snow!). We recommend bringing jackets, umbrellas, or any other layers you may need to stay comfortable in Chicago's spring weather.

Question

We’d like to give a gift, what would the bride and the groom prefer?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the most meaningful gift. If you would like to give something, we are happily saving for our honeymoon and future home, and contributions toward that would be warmly appreciated. Cash funds are in the Registry section of this website.
