The air was filled with music, dancing, and fun. A mutual friend introduced us, and while neither of us knew it at the time, that simple “mucho gusto” would be the start of something unforgettable. A few months later, fate (and maybe a little friendly plotting) brought us together again at another music festival, where, after the event, our friends conveniently disappeared, leaving just the two of us. We went to dinner, had an amazing conversation filled with deep questions and endless laughter, and discovered how easy it was to be ourselves together. From that night on, we kept finding reasons to see each other, sometimes with friends, sometimes just the two of us. Then, about a month later, Luis asked Ivonne out on a “real” date… and the rest, as they say, is history.
