Cancun International Airport

Upon arrival you will be prompted to enter Immigration. You'll need your valid US passport. After Immigration you'll head straight to pick up any checked bags. IMPORTANT: Next you'll exit the airport toward Ground Transportation. There will be a long hall of rental cars and solicitors. These are time share rentals. DO NOT stop for these individuals or allow any of them to carry your luggage. You'll exit the airport and find your pre-arranged airport transfer to the resort via LOMAS Travel. Once you are outside search for agents in TEAL button up shirts, LOMAS name tags, and give your name to the agents and they will show to your prearranged shared transfer.
