Can I Stay At Another Resort?

Answer

Yes however, they will only allow guests to enter the resort property 30 min before the wedding. Please notify us if you are not staying at the resort because we need to submit your names in order to be allowed through the gates on the day of the wedding.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm so please arrive no later than 4pm. There is a bar close by for a pre ceremony drink.

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony is located at The Pier. Grab a golf cart to Aricifies restaurant on Palms Beach and you will see the Pier.

Do some restaurants require reservation?

Answer

Yes two restaurants on site do require reservation. Meet with your concierge as soon as you arrive and book you dinner reservations for the week. They fill up fast!

Do I Need To Bring Cash?

Answer

Yes. Even though this is an all inclusive resort and everything is covered once you get there small bills are recommended for leaving tips when going out to eat etc.

Can I Bring A Plus- One?

Yes. We understand guests are traveling and this is also a vacation so plus ones are welcome!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

We are very sorry, but we are keeping our special day an adult only occasion. This is an adult only resort and must be 18+ to stay on the property.

Do I need to exchange dollars to pesos?

Answer

No everyone accepts US dollars as tips and the resort takes card at any of the convenient stores if you need to purchase anything.
