We've reserved a block of 14 villas on-site for our guests. If you'd like to stay in one of these, please reach out to us and we'll get you set up with a room. The reserved villas are prepaid as part of our room block, so we'll share the rate and details with you when you reach out. The venue has an additional 14 villas that will open to the public 120 days before the wedding. You're welcome to book one of those instead, just keep in mind that they may be reserved by other events before then.

While we’d love for everyone to stay on-site, we know that’s not always possible! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Aloft Austin Northwest for your convenience. Should your plans change, rooms booked through this block are fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance. Note: It's important to know that this hotel is about 30 minutes from the venue and is one of the closest hotels you will find. Please keep this in mind when you are making your travel arrangements.
