If you are looking for an all inclusive option please look at the other hotel listed. If you use another number we can't ensure you the group rate. You must pay your first 25% by December 31, 2018 and 2nd 25% by end of February 28, 2019. Balance of payment would then be due 30 days before the check in date. MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards payments are accepted. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total room cost. Room rates are per room not per person. If you are residing at Sugar Bay or Bougveilla Hotel a coach will be providing you transportation to and from the estate for the day of the wedding. Please ensure to book reservation under " The Thompson Wedding" to be including in charter count. Upon arrival you will receive itinerary with departure times from both hotels.
