Information for Your Travel to Mexico

Currency: Mexican Pesos but USD is accepted. Passport: Your passport name must match your travel documents. If you have a passport that is not US or Canada, please contact the Mexican Embassy for entry requirements. Mandatory State Tax: Quintana Roo Visitax, $224 Pesos (about $11.00 USD) per person, payable at airport kiosks or online. Tax amounts are subject to change as per Mexican Government. Due upon departure from Mexico.

Will my cell phone work in Mexico?

Answer

When traveling in Mexico, your phone will work same as it does within the United States. You will not need to pay any additional roaming charges or fees with most major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) but check your plan to confirm before coming!

How Long Is Everyone Staying?

Answer

A 3 night minimum is required to book one of the blocked rooms. Longer stays welcome as the bride and groom will be visiting Mexico through 9/26 and experiencing local adventures after the wedding date.

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Only guests of Dreams Natura will be allowed access to the wedding and other wedding events per resort policies.

With love, we appreciate your understanding that our celebration will be adults-only, with the exception of children in our wedding party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dreams Natura will accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Just notify your server at the start of the meal of your requests. Please also communicate these restrictions to the bride and groom so they can request modifications to your wedding reception meal if needed.
