Welcome Beach Bonfire & Cocktail Party

Join us on the beach for a welcome cocktail party and bonfire fiesta with tacos after our wedding rehearsal! Attire is dressy, beach-chic. Get ready to ditch those shoes at the deck and dance!

Wedding Ceremony

5:00 pm

Attire is semi-formal, resort-chic. Think dreamy, beachy cocktail dresses and comfortable suits or blazers. Ties optional.

Join us overlooking the beach on the deck. Followed by Cocktail Hour at the Fish Pond.

Catamaran Excursion- Snorkeling and Visit to Isla Mujeres

9:45 am - 5:00 pm

Bring your swimsuit and a cover up with comfortable walking shoes...and don't forget the sunscreen!

Join us on a private catamaran tour including snorkeling by the reef at El Meco and 2 hours to explore Isla Mujeres with a beach club lunch. Snorkeling equipment and an open bar will be included, and transportation will pick up the group from the hotel lobby. The tour is a total of 7 hours. Cost is ~$170 per person, plus a $20 pier fee (The final total will be determined by the total number of attendees. Max capacity is 17 on the boat.) RSVP by 07/01/25 to secure your reservation.

Happily Ever After Party

Lindsay & Tim said "I do"--now the real magic begins! It’s your turn to eat, drink, and dance like it’s a fairy tale (with better music). Come celebrate our love story, no glass slippers required! Dress Code: La Dolce Vita in the GardenChannel your inner Italian movie star—flowy dresses, linen button-downs, jumpsuits, or sharp separates. Shoes should be grass-friendly (think chic sandals, wedges, or loafers). Don’t be shy with accessories—sunglasses, bold jewelry, or a playful scarf are all welcome. Effortless, colorful, and made for sipping spritzes under the string lights.
