What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies--the terrain at the venue is not ideal for your highest heels! Leave those stilettos at home!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held under a cozy and covered space near the barn. The reception will be located inside the barn at Oak and Lace.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is a large lot located on site at Oak and Lace for anyone who plans on driving directly to the venue. If you plan on taking the shuttle from either of our hotels in downtown Binghamton, your car can be parked right in the hotel lots.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will spend some time taking photos. Guests are invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres outside the barn before entering the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
