Question

Is there parking available at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary street parking is available along Lexington, Lytle, and Cabrini streets for both the rehearsal and ceremony. The wedding is registered as a "special event" with the City, so you will be clear to park on those streets.

Is there parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! We recommend parking in the lot directly adjacent to the south of the reception venue, which is a self-park, uncovered lot with a large "Public Parking" sign. The address shows up on Google Maps both as 321 W. Van Buren St. and 322 W. Van Buren St. The second closest lot is located at 400 S Franklin St., and is also a self-park, uncovered lot. You will know if you are in the right location if you park right next to the EnWave Chicago building. You can also use the SpotHero app to find a parking spot near our wedding reception venue. We recommend downloading the SpotHero app prior to the event and reserving a parking spot in advance. When you reserve a spot you need to pre-select the start time at 5pm on 5/7. Parking from 5 pm to midnight will be between $10-13. There is a 311 S. Wacker Parking garage that will show up on Google Maps. This is a good option too, just know that you will exit the garage on Lower Wacker, which can be confusing.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

While the official start time for the reception is 6 pm, if you arrive early there will be seating and a cash bar available to wedding guests! There is also nearby bar Franklin Tap, or the SkyDeck at the Sears Tower! The reception venue will also be open early, so feel free to head to Pazzo's after the ceremony and enjoy a cash bar before cocktail hour begins at 6:00 pm.

Where should I park at the zoo for brunch if I'm driving?

Answer

Reference the picture above for a map of the Lincoln Park Zoo and where to park. Try to park on south end of parking lot for convenience. Then, follow path over nature boardwalk bridge, past Café Brauer and through the Brauer Gate (circled) to enter. Foreman Pavilion is also circled.
