If you have any questions other than what is listed here, please reach out to Kayla (716-525-2102) or Odelia (716-697-3927). On the day of the ceremony, please contact Odelia Kiefer or Allison Kirsch with any questions or concerns.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, dress code is Formal, Black Tie optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We are asking that guests do not wear jeans. Feel free to wear your nice dancing boots.

Question

Do I have to wear a certain color?

Answer

Absolutely not! We are inviting you all to join in by wearing a color from our palette *FOR FUN*, please don't feel like you have to go out and buy a whole new outfit just to match, (unless you're looking for an excuse to shop, then go right ahead). We have added our wedding palette to the details card, colors include Blacks, Grays, Browns, Tans, Emerald Green, Sage Green, and Gold.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola, Amazon, and Crate and Barrel, it is all listed under the "Registry" tab.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but unfortunately we can not have all the little ones at the wedding. Some children who are close family and friends of the bride and groom have been invited, but if you have not been notified, please find a sitter and come enjoy a date night with us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, there will be a spot on the online RSVP for food accommodations, so please let us know about any allergies and sensitivities we should be aware of!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking is right on location for both ceremony and reception!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. We recommend planning on arriving about 30 minutes early so everyone can find a seat!

Question

Is the venue Handicap Accessible?

Answer

For the most part, yes! Notting Hill has a shuttle to pick you up from your car and bring you to the ceremony cite and then up to the reception. The venue does have two small steps at the front door and one small step on the side. The reception will take place on the first floor, but there is a loft with stairs that is optional and not handicap accessible to our knowledge.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

At this point in time, we are not planning on blocking off hotel rooms. Our recommendations would be to utilize either the Hampton Inn East Aurora or the Roycroft Inn. Both of these hotels are about 15 minutes from the venue.
