Wake Forest University
Where it all began! Founded in 1834, Wake Forest University is home to the Demon Deacons. Alexander and Hannah met their sophomore year at Wake Forest, and are proud to call it home. Walk the beautiful campus, check out the bookstore, and stop by the gym, where the happy couple first met.
Reynolda House Museum of American Art
Completed in 1917 as the home of the Reynolds tobacco fortune heiress, this 64-room historic house stands as one of the few well-preserved, surviving examples of the American Country House movement. Also, it's a short walk from campus.
Reynolda Village Shops & Restaurants
The place of Alexander and Hannah's first walking date. The beautiful grounds are home to local favorites like Dough Joe's Coffee & Donuts and Village Tavern. Check out the shops and small taste of nature all within walking distance of campus.
Divine Llama Vineyards
They have llamas, no other incentive required.
Krankies
A local favorite for coffee and fried chicken biscuit sandwiches, this is in the heart of the vibrant Winston-Salem downtown area, but be aware, long lines are the norm.
