Believe it or not at the beginning of this day, John had no idea how he was going to propose! 
John had been working on getting a ring and planning the proposal for the last 6 months. When the ring showed up a month before, he knew that during the Annual Fun Run would be perfect!
The morning of the Fun Run, a car broke down early so everyone stopped as they got it sorted. This gave John an opportunity to chat with his cousin, Marcus and his new beautiful wife, Mercedes. John admitted he had NO IDEA how he was going to ask. 
Marcus brilliantly came up with idea to have Michaela be the “flag girl” for a burnout race. 
John coordinated with his Uncle Sid to find a nice stretch of road to pull this off during the day.
It wasn’t until they had arrived at the final destination at the end of the day that they were able to pull it off.
Michaela didn’t have any idea that this was about to happen, but thanks to John’s family, they were able to pull off this incredible proposal!
