Flight: Fresno (FAT) → Guadalajara (GDL)

Several airlines, including Volaris, fly from Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) to Guadalajara International (GDL). From there, Colima is about a 2-hour drive. While taxis are available, they can be expensive, and driving in Guadalajara can be tricky due to signage and traffic. For most guests, we recommend instead connecting through Tijuana (TIJ) for a direct flight into Colima — this is often simpler and more convenient.

Transportation Information: Uber and Taxis

The Cathedral and reception venue are very close to each other. You may walk (bring comfortable shoes if you choose this option), take a local taxi, or use Uber. While some taxis accept credit cards, many do not, so we recommend carrying a bit of cash. Ubers are generally reliable in Colima, but it’s always good to have both options available
