We will be getting married at the Dreams Tulum Resort. The wedding and reception will be outdoors. It will not be directly on the beach, saving your shoes from getting sandy, however there will be grass.
Please DO NOT BOOK rooms through the Dreams Tulum website. All guests should book rooms directly through our wedding coordinator, Wendy Soroka. Please refer to the Room Rates tab for more information.
The dress code for the wedding is cocktail/semi-formal. This can mean dresses, jumpsuits, suits or a collared shirt and long pants. PLEASE NO JEANS, SHORTS, CARGO PANTS, T-SHIRTS, POLOS OR FLIP FLOPS.
Getting married during a pandemic, and having a physician as the bride, means that health and safety are top priorities for us. We kindly ask that all guests are fully vaccinated, and ideally boosted, against COVID-19.
No. Consider the Save the Dates as an FYI for the wedding. There is no need to respond until the RSVP deadline which will be listed on the formal invitations. However, if you are absolutely sure that you can or cannot make it, you are welcome to respond early via our website.
Formal invitations will be sent around April. Included in the formal invitation will be an RSVP card that you can fill out and return, or feel free to click on the "RSVP" section above and let us know your plans right here on our website.
Although we love your little ones, we kindly request that the wedding be adults only.
We are only able to accommodate the names listed on your formal invitation. Please reach out to the bride or groom for further questions.
Yes, you will need a valid passport to enter Mexico from the US. We'd recommend checking to make sure it is not expiring within 6 months of your travel dates.
Given the wedding is on a Thursday, we recommend arriving on Wednesday and leaving either Saturday or Sunday. This will give you a good amount of time to relax and allow us to spend quality time with you!
Sunny! The temperature in November in Tulum ranges from highs of mid 80s to lows of mid 60s when the sun goes down. We definitely recommend sunscreen and a light sweater for the nighttime.
We love photos! We do request that you refrain from taking pictures during the actual ceremony. For the remainder of the wedding weekend, we encourage guests to take and post pictures using our wedding hashtag #EatDrinkBeMaki so we can see them too.
Yes, our resort is all inclusive. The price that you pay is per person (not per room), but includes all your food and drink for the weekend.
