It began with a glance— at CT Church in Houston, 2021. We noticed each other across the crowd, a quiet moment that lingered in both our hearts. A friend request followed, and for a time, so did conversations. Then life moved forward, and we drifted apart… for a season. But God, in His perfect timing, was still writing our story. The summer of 2022 brought us both to CT Youth Camp— one of us serving, the other leading worship. When a piece of forgotten equipment needed retrieving, there was only one person to call. A late-night phone call, a ruined sleep schedule, and a hallway full of laughter brought us back to where we were meant to be. From that night on, we never stopped talking. What started as friendship turned into something deeper, and by Fall, we stepped into a new chapter together. On July 4th, 2024, at the very camp that rekindled our connection, we took a step toward forever— a proposal, a promise, a moment we’ll always hold dear. Now, hand in hand, we look forward to a life built on the foundation of Jesus— with laughter, love, and unwavering faith. Without Him, we wouldn’t be here.
