Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this is an adult-only wedding. Please plan accordingly.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding is black-tie. We ask that ladies wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses and men wear tuxes with black neckties or bowties. The temperature can fluctuate within the hotel, and we want our ladies to be comfortable! We encourage bringing a wrap of some sort.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We kindly ask that our guests arrive about 10-15 minutes early to ensure that the timeline of our day runs smoothly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We recommend Uber and Lyft. Guests may valet park at the Hermitage Hotel on wedding night. Please note that self-parking is not an option at the hotel. There are also several parking garages close by.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for guest allocation.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktails and reception will be indoors.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras?

Answer

Reception and cocktail photos are encouraged (we also recommend taking a whirl at our photo booth)! That said, we ask that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to avoid having phones appear in our formal wedding photos.

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white.
