Things To Do

Storm King Art Center

1 Museum Road, New Windsor, NY 12553

A favorite museum of ours. Over 500 acres of large-scale sculpture and unmatched views of the Hudson Valley.

Clay at Wildflower Farms

2702 Main Street, Gardiner, NY 12525

A must-do if you have time. This is the farm-to-table restaurant at the newest Auberge Resorts property, Wildflower Farms. After you eat, move over to the Great Porch to admire the views. Great option for Saturday daytime or for dinner on Friday!

Dia Beacon

3 Beekman Street, Beacon, NY 12508

Another favorite for contemporary art. We love the architecture (located in a former Nabisco box factory!) and views of the Hudson.

Hiking Trails & State Parks

The hiking trails around the Hudson Valley are beautiful. Here are some of our favorites: Bear Mountain State Park Hudson Highlands State Park Breakneck Ridge Bull Hill (Mt. Taurus) Ninham Mountain Fire Tower

Breweries & Vineyards

Hudson Valley Brewery The Factory @ Sloop Brewing (Juice Bomb IPA!) Industrial Arts Brewing Company Fjord Vineyards Millbrook Vineyards & Winery

The Roundhouse

2 East Main Street, Beacon, NY 12508

Modern American cuisine inspired by the agriculture of the Hudson Valley. Beautiful restaurant and great option for dinner on Friday night before the Welcome Party.

Wonderbar Beacon

449 Main Street, Beacon, NY 12508

Specialty cocktails & lighter fare. Think salads, crudos, flatbreads, and a great burger!

Beacon Bread Company

193-195 Main Street, Beacon, NY 12508

Breakfast / brunch option. Walk-in only, so grab a coffee and explore Main Street while you wait!

Cold Spring Cheese

104 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516

Pick-up sandwiches for a casual lunch. Also has a sister location in Beacon.

Angie’s Bake Shop & Cafe

116 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516

Easy lunch before or after a hike. Sandwiches, salads, and great coffee and baked goods.

Other Hudson Valley

If you have a car and want to explore other parts of the Hudson Valley, we would highly recommend Hudson or Rhinebeck (both ~1hr) which have a cool / hip atmosphere and great food and shopping.

For all the days along the way
