What Time Should I Arrive at the Ceremony?

Pre-Ceremony Welcome Drinks will begin at 4:30pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for Friday & Saturday events from the Marriott and Hyatt hotel blocks. Please plan to take the bus specified for your hotel, as seat counts have been planned accordingly! Friday shuttles pick up at 7:00 PM ET Saturday shuttles pick up at 4:00 PM ET Friday shuttles return at 9:30 & 10:00 PM ET Saturday shuttles return 9:30 & 11:00 PM ET Parking & Uber service are both limited, so we recommend taking shuttles to/from the venue.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Friday's dress code is Cocktail Attire, meaning a sports jacket or blazer for men and any length dress for women. The welcome party will be both indoors and outdoors, with some parts on grass, so thicker heels are recommended. Saturday's wedding attire is Black Tie Optional. A tuxedo and floor length dress is our preferred attire, but you can opt to wear a dark suit or fancy cocktail dress. It’s June in the Hudson Valley! Bright colors and florals are encouraged. Certain events will take place on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Is Uber Available?

Answer

It's possible to take ride-share to the wedding but will be difficult to call a return ride back to hotels unless scheduled beforehand. We recommend taking the return shuttle back to the hotels and pre-reserving a car service from that point if you choose to stay elsewhere. Local cabs service at (845) 265-8294.

Can I drive to the wedding?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited, so taking the shuttles is highly encouraged. If you are planning to drive, please reach out to Jake or Isabelle so that we can ensure there is parking available.
