Yes! We are registered at Target, Amazon and Pottery Barn.
Yes, definitely! If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to Chad or me so we can share that information with our caterers and make sure you’re taken care of.
Yes, our wedding will be black tie optional. Formal attire is encouraged—tuxedos or dark suits for men and floor-length gowns or cocktail dresses for women. We want everyone to feel their best and enjoy a beautiful evening with us.
When should I arrive, and is there anything I should know before entering? We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes before the music begins to allow time for parking, walking to the venue, and getting settled. Traffic in downtown Columbus can be unpredictable, so plan accordingly. Please note: the Ohio Statehouse has security screening. All guests will pass through a metal detector, and weapons of any kind are not permitted. This includes items like pocket knives or mace. If you bring them, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a relaxing night out with us. Thank you for understanding!
Please RSVP by April 20, 2026. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and want to make sure everything is just right. Your timely response helps us finalize details with our vendors and plan a smooth and fun day for everyone.
Yes! Complimentary parking will be available all weekend beneath the Ohio Statehouse, just a short walk from the hotels. If you’re staying nearby, many of the hotels also offer valet parking. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy and convenient to celebrate with us. We recommend staying at the Renaissance Hotel or Hotel Leveque.
There will not be shuttle transportation from the hotels to the Statehouse, but no worries—it’s just a short 3 to 5 minute walk, and you can even see the Statehouse from many hotel windows. If you prefer not to walk, complimentary parking is available beneath the Statehouse for the entire weekend.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We kindly ask, that you do not have your phones or camera out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony.
If you do not RVSP by the RSVP deadline, you will be marked as not attending. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and we will be unable to accept late RSVPs because of this. We hope you understand.
