Our journey began in February 2013. Since then, we have grown up side by side. We’ve made it through middle school, high school, college, long distance, and so much more. Every season of life has brought us closer together, and we’re so grateful for the love we’ve built. We first met on Levee Circle in Magnolia, Ohio. Chad would often visit his best friend, who just happened to be my next-door neighbor. Every time Chad came over to play outside, I would secretly watch from my window. I was too nervous to talk to him, but I was completely fascinated. It used to drive me crazy because I wanted to say something so badly but didn’t know how. One day, I finally found the courage to step outside, and from that moment on, everything changed. I had met the love of my life. From endless backyard games of basketball and flag football to carefree afternoons filled with laughter, some of our most treasured memories were made long before we truly knew what our future would hold. I’ll never forget the moment I first learned Isabelle had a crush on me. It was under the Friday night lights at a Sandy Valley football game, and from that day on, everything started to fall into place. Growing up beside the love of my life has been the greatest gift. We’ve built something beautiful over the years, filled with love, friendship, and shared dreams. Today, our little family includes our two beloved pets, Opal and Miley, who bring even more joy and love into our home. On October 19, 2025, Chad gave me the surprise of a lifetime. My parents, Peggy and Troy Hysong, along with my sister and brother-in-law, Ali and David Ulery, were in town. I thought we were going to the pumpkin patch for a casual family outing. I was a little frustrated with Chad for not taking off work to join us. What I didn’t know was that it was all part of a beautiful plan. Instead of a pumpkin patch, Ali and David drove me to Franklin Park Conservatory. There was Chad, waiting for me in the gardens, ready to ask the biggest question of his life. To make it even more special, both of our families were there to celebrate with us. My parents, sister and brother-in-law, and Chad’s parents, Michelle and Danny, along with Austin and Livi, welcomed us with joyful hugs and happy tears. It was a day filled with love, surprise, and the sweetest beginning to forever. Since that day, we’ve had the joy of planning our wedding and imagining the day we’ll finally say “I do.” From October 19 to June 13, 2026, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a celebration filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We cannot wait to share this special day with all of you. We hope you love it just as much as we do.
