Travel Note

General Information

Guests can fly into Denver (DEN) and easily get around using Uber or other rideshare services. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding venue, and we kindly ask that out of state guests plan to use the shuttle for the event. If your plans include exploring Denver and attending the wedding festivities, there is no need to rent a car. However, if you’re thinking about extending your trip to explore the mountains or other areas of Colorado, we recommend renting a car — possibly an SUV depending on your itinerary. Please note that our venue sits at approximately 9,000 feet above sea level. The higher elevation can make physical activity feel more strenuous and may affect breathing. Additionally, alcohol tends to have a stronger effect at altitude, so we encourage everyone to hydrate well and drink responsibly. We can’t wait to celebrate together in the mountains!

Hotel

Sheraton Denver West Hotel

We have reserved a hotel block for guests 9.30 -10.3 and request out of state guest stay at the Sheraton. https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1760387933622&key=GRP&dtt=true&app=resvlink Our Venue requires shuttle transportation; guests will be picked up and returned to Sheraton Denver West, and we will be hosting breakfast Saturday morning at the hotel.

Shuttle from Sheraton to North Star Gathering

Out of state guests are encouraged to use shuttle from Sheraton Hotel. The Venue has limited parking and drive contains dirt road switchbacks climbing to 9000 ft above sea level. Pick up at Hotel 1:45pm If you decide to drive to venue, we recommend taking the Evergreen route to avoid the switchbacks
