Colorado is a beer hub, as you're exploring you'll find a ton of breweries in Denver and mountain towns. Coors was created in Golden. Town of Golden is adorable with restaurants, shops, river walk and the factory. Please book tickets a few weeks / months ahead of time as they sell quickly. Handicap accessible
If your looking to visit Boulder, would recommend hiking here.
It will be peak Aspen Season, highly recommend spending time hiking. Entry permits- Visitors must have an advance permit to enter the park during peak daytime hours. Timed Entry (good for most of the park) and Timed Entry Plus (grants access to the popular Bear Lake Road destinations). The park releases permits in batches a month or two ahead of time on recreation.gov, but a percentage become available the night before a desired start date. The scenic drive- Trail Ridge Road, the 48-mile high-alpine highway connecting the gateway towns of Estes Park on the east to Grand Lake. Sites and view points along the route. Hike Recommendations: Bear Lake RD Corridor, Wild Basin (Ouzel Falls), Trail Ridge Road trails (Ute Trail, Alpine Ridge), Lumpy Ridge (Gem Lake), Deer Mountain, Twin Sisters Peaks, Lawn Lake, and the West Side (Mount Ida, East Inlet).
