This is a great and affordable to see the City! If you plan on staying for 2-3 days we recommend getting this pass. It will allow you to choose from multiple of the popular places we listed below! When we went, we got the Essentials Pass and visited ; - San Diego Zoo - 2-day Trolley Tour - Speed Board Tour
A neighborhood filled with Hispanic culture. There are lots of shops to browse and Mexican restaurants to try. The Haunted Whaley House Museum is a tourist fave. *We recommend starting here if you are doing the trolley tour.
Downtown San Diego with an active nightlife. There are many hotels, bars, and activities for nights out. *Trolley Stop
Spacious, accessible beach. This is a great place to grab a pizza and watch the sunset. In San Diego the water is warm. We were in the water until 7 PM! Even if you don't enter the water, basking in the sun and playing games in the sand is always fun. Please check the water safety levels before entering any body of water. Safety levels may change throughout the year. Copy this helpful link into your browser to view during your trip: https://www.sdcoastkeeper.org/beach-advisories/ *Trolley stop
Beautiful small costal city. Parking is limited but there a ton of small shops and lookouts. Must see: - Children's Pool: take a walk on the path along the children's pool. The waves crash pretty high; beware of splash zones.
This is a little La Jolla gift shop with a small cave underneath. There is a beautiful view, but there is a small cost to enter the cave. Please note: This is not 100% accessible. Though there are rails, the walk down to the cave can be wet and steep. The tunnel down may feel small. The store is still cute to visit for some La Jolla gifts!
If you pass this lovely place on the way home, stop in for some can't-miss pea soup.
