There are lots of Airbnb options nearby. It's very easy to get around with Uber, but try staying within 30 min drive from the hotel, for your own comfort. Places nearby Cascais: Monte Estoril, Estoril, Parede, Oeiras, Carcavelos, or even Lisbon is an option if you wish to stay more central to the capitol.
