Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invite everyone, our venue has a set capacity, so we're keeping the guest list to the people we know well. If your invite says 'and guest' then please bring them, we are so excited to meet them! If not, don't worry - there will be plenty of awesome people to hang with.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We adore all of your kids, but our venue space is limited, so our wedding will be an adults-only celebration - no guests under 21. We hope this gives you a fun night out - good food, great music, and zero bedtime routines to worry about!

Are there places to stay nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are a few hotels close to the venue that we have listed under the 'Travel' tab. However, we did not reserve a room block, so we recommend booking early to get the best rates!

Is your venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is fully handicap accessible including parking, entrances, and restrooms. If you have specific accessibility needs, let us know so we can make sure you are comfortable and taken care of and given the right directions. There will also be a golf cart giving rides to and from the parking area and ceremony location for those needing extra assistance.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress but keep it comfy and fun! We're going for semi-formal with a country twist - so cocktail dresses, nice pants, and yes, cowboy/cowgirl boots are totally welcome. Most importantly, bring your dancing shoes (or boots)! This will be mid-october and as everyone knows WNY weather is very unpredictable so be mindful of bringing enough to keep yourself warm. The reception will be inside a climate controlled barn however, as long as weather is permitting the ceremony will be outside in the forest (approximately no more than 30-45 mins).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony, 3:45pm, so that you can find a seat and get settled. A reminder that our ceremony location will be in the forest and for those needing extra assistance there will be a golf cart driving you to the ceremony location from the parking lot.

Is there parking available near/at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free on-site parking. There will also be parking attendants that will guide you to a parking spot in a well maintained field of grass. Please remember to arrive no later than 3:45pm for the ceremony.

Will there be transportation available to and from your venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide transportation due to budget constraints. We also know that rideshares are harder to find out by our venue due to the remoteness of the venues location. We recommend carpooling to get to and from the venue safely.
