What is the dress code
Answer
The dress code for our reception is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt (tie optional) and women wear a midi length dress or dressy separates.

Can I bring a guest
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children
Answer
We love your children, but we cannot accommodate them at our venue due to limited seating. We genuinely hope you can join us and enjoy our adults-only reception.

Yes, the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors at the Customshop restaurant.

Please visit the travel section of our website for recommendations on hotels in the area. We do not have a room block at any hotels.

The cocktail hour will be followed by a sit-down dinner served family-style. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please note them on your RSVP.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 7301 Easen Ct, Charlotte, NC 28211.

does the venue have parking for guests
Answer
Public parking is available in the surrounding area. Parking lots are located across the street and behind the restaurant in addition to limited street parking. Uber and Lyft are also available. Please appoint a designated driver.
