Not a requirement by any means, but more of a hello and welcome before the big day. There will be food & a bonfire. Please bring your instruments, as we would love to encourage a jam session! There is VERY LIMITED parking, so we suggest car pooling or a car service. Bug spray is never a bad idea :)

Ceremony (I Do’s with Lake Views)

Formal/Black Tie Optional (black tie but you can wear any color tie)
We strongly prefer everyone take the shuttle, arrange a carpool, or call a cab service for themselves as there is no parking. Please arrive prior to 3pm as the road will close promptly at 3:15 pm to ensure a private ceremony. We will be situated facing the lake for the ceremony. Cocktail hour to follow immediately after at the Lake House. **Accessibility Note: The ceremony is on a hill in the grass, and a car can not drive directly up to the chairs. Please be mindful and bring mobility aids or have someone assist you to walk about 50-80 feet from the road to the ceremony chairs.
Cocktail Hour

Cocktail Hour will be inside the Lake House ** Accessibility Note: You can drive up to the front of the house and walk in with only one or two steps. Be mindful that with limited parking, it might be a tight space to drive up to the front door, and you most likely will not be able to leave your car there the whole time. There will be seating inside the house.
Reception (Dinner & Dancing)

Dinner begins in the tent on the lawn overlooking the lake and will be followed by dancing & dessert. Bring your dancing shoes! **Accessibility Note: There are 16 stairs from the ceremony to the dinner tent and another 16 stairs to the inside of the house (32 stairs in total), plus about 100 feet from the ceremony to those stairs. If you have mobility issues, we suggest arranging a car to pick you up from the bonfire area and drive up to the front of the house for the cocktail area to avoid the steps OR you can have someone walk with you to the side of the dinner tent and up only 3 stairs to the cocktail area. The second option is more walking, but less on the knees.
